The restaurant industry is a tough business, not just for profits, but for all of those involved. With the help of Taps Public House, In The Heat will display this cut throat industry in a way never before seen.
In The Heat goes behind the scenes of one of the most popular restaurants in the Greater Toronto Area, Taps Public House. The crew spent an entire night in the kitchen of Taps, documenting the work life of the cooks in this high pressure environment. |
