“Museum of Memories” shows Mr.Flosman, a high school history teacher and his museum that was built in his classroom. The doc shows how students create exhibits to help teach them about history in a more interactive and engaging way.
Nine years ago, Mr. Flosman, a Highschool history teacher decided to set up a small exhibit with the help of his students in the small confines of his classroom. He created the museum to teach young students the importance of the Holocaust and other historical events through the exhibits they create. Throughout his years teaching Mr. Flosman has collected over 1200-1300 artifacts, most of which were donated to him by members of the community. The museum has grown in popularity and as Mr. Flossman comes closer to the end of his teaching career he has finally been able to find a permanent spot for his Museum at the Waterdown Legion and the Holocaust museum of Hamilton. |
