We once again search for the opinion of men, but this time for their definition of femininity. Synopsis
Femininity has always been put into a box, whether that be defining it as wearing dresses and loving pink, to being fragile and motherlike. We often see femininity being forced onto women and pushed away from men, why is that? What is it about femininity that men cannot take part in it? And what makes it exclusive to women? Femininity is a broad term that can cover many bases, but instead of searching for those bases we will be asking men what femininity means to them. What does it look like? What does it smell like? And who can be feminine? What He Thinks is a film that stares at femininity through the male gaze and turns the experience into a satirical play open stereotype. |
