Our Colourful World

A look into the colours that surround us and how their meanings can be positive or negative.
“Our Colourful World” is a 6 minute documentary that follows each colour and their various meanings. With a focus on one colour at a time, a story is spoken without a single word. The story of everyone going through stress and anxiety who needs more colour in their lives. This documentary’s characters are the colours themselves: yellow, orange, green, Red and Blue. Nature's beauty is contrasted with man made construction, old wrinkled leaves with new splashes of paint. There is never a dull moment with this story's explosion of colour.

Their favourite colour is the shade of green called Viridian. “Green is the calming colour for me. I love hiking and camping so forests are the place I spend most of my time in. It is just so peaceful and energizing I try to surround myself with green things and put forward the energy that colour makes me feel into the world”.
